We can also distribute your prescribed patient invoices (all forms must be pre-approved by the provider), Search for available health insurance coverage, confirm eligibility of any provided or discovered coverage, and work hand in hand with your existing billing and customer support staff.
Being a full service billing provider, we process claims to all Medicare (CMS), Medicaid, and all commercial, liability, auto, worker’s compensation and government funded lines available (VA, Tricare, etc.) for healthcare services. We have existing access to multiple clearinghouse contractors, currently utilizing Change Healthcare and Availity for our claims, eligibility, and insurance discovery programs.
We will also perform the services of customer support for your current billing balances due, in a professional and ethical basis at all times. As an extension of your customer service department, we will ensure that every contact is handled in a manner consistent with your policies, including hardship, charity, pay plan, and review processes.
